Production Operatives needed in Ledbury

~~Gap Personnel operating as an employment business are currently recruiting for 2 different positions:

• Machine Operator for our client in HR8 Area
o Immediate Start
o Operating machinery which is specific to their business manually & using computer systems.
o Perform product changeovers to standard operating procedures.
o Ensure product quality standards are met.
o Carry out product quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with expected standards.
o Be aware of current line performance, recognizing potential issues and reporting status using specified system.
o Support Continuous improvement initiatives and establish best practice.
o To maintain a clean and safe working environment.
o To communicate effectively with production colleagues and manager.
o 12 hour shifts 1800 – 0600 & 0600 – 1800
o Pay Rate (depending on work experience):  £7.94/h  - £9.42/h

• Mill Operative for our client in HR8 area
o Immediate Start
o The successful candidates will have previous experience in a production environment
o The role will involve all of the manufacturing process from grading, sorting, to machine minding,
o There is no heavy lifting, loading or handballing. Workers will feed apples along the line, removing and stopping Dead bury from passing through.
o 12 hour shifts 1800 – 0600 & 0600 – 1800
o Pay rate (depending on work experience): £6.82/h – 7.94/h
