CNC Miller/ Programmer CNC

For one of our clients in Bedfordshire, we are looking for skilled CNC Miller (Programmer)

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience as CNC Miller (with programming CNC machines)
• Milling experience for the production of tooling and electrodes
• Experience of working with a Hurco Win Max control system
• Experience of programming from DXF file
• 5 axis knowledge
• Machine/manufacture to tolerances of 0.010mm
• The ability to use own initiative, good team player

 

Tasks and duties:

• Setting and programming CNC Mills on your own
• Ensuring the correctness of the technological process developed
• Controlling of quality using precision measurement tools
