CNC Miller, Heidenhain, Berkshire

For one of our clients based in Reading area, Berkshire we are looking for skilled CNC Miller Programmer/Setter/Operator
Requirements:
• At least 3 years experience as CNC Miller
• Experience with operating, setting and programming CNC Mills
• Experience on Bridgeport machines would be an advantage
• Very good knowledge of Heidenhain controls
• Very good knowledge of technical drawings
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software would be an advantage
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
• Ability to work on multiple tasks at once and to tight deadlines

 

Tasks and duties:
• Programming, setting and operating CNC Mills on your own
• Controlling of quality using precision measurement tools
• Ensuring processed parts conform to drawings
• Ensuring parts are processed in the allowed time
• Ensuring all documentation is accurate
• Support the team by carrying out alternative tasks as required

 

Our Client Offers:

• Full time
• Temp to perm contract
• Salary £13-£14/h + overtimes
• 7am-5pm
