Salary     £19,500 per annum

Brief

You will provide a property maintenance service to a high quality and professional standard. You will also have responsibility for painting and decorating, carpentry and basic plumbing and handyman work across all OPENhouse sites. Experience within the field of property maintenance is essential together with an understanding of the issues facing our unique and diverse client base and a commitment to our ethos and values.
